- 3. BUILD UP TO RELEASE On January 23rd 2017 the films title was released for the audience. Disney also placed conditions on U.S cinemas. They required that the cinemas in the U.S played the film in there largest screen for a 4 week period during its release.
- 4. TARGET AUDIENCE The target for the latest star wars film is more aimed towards the old star wars fan base but it is also aimed towards getting new fans. The target audience age range for the new fans is around 10 – 12 years of age. Whereas the age range of the older star wars fans would be about 40 – 50 years of age.
