This document describes different camera shots including the tracking/dolly shot where the camera moves with wheels, the steadycam shot which follows hand-held action in a jerky first-person view, zoom shots that can be dramatic if quick or dreary if slow by zooming towards or away from the subject, crane shots looking down from high angles, pan shots that follow action by pivoting the camera, and trombone shots that first attract then zoom out.
