M/S. TMC Property Developers approached Mecosoft to develop the Seven Hills Apartments in Pondicherry for middle-income buyers. Mecosoft's team visited the site and suggested apartments sized 700-850 sqft. They prepared conceptual drawings with floor plans and then approval drawings using AutoCAD which took 2 weeks. Simultaneously, they created 3D models using 3DStudio over 1 month to help with marketing. Then they developed structural and working drawings over another month.

5. Problem :
The Promotor approached Mecosoft for developing a residential Apartment in
Pondicherry. Their targeted buyers of the Apartments are Middle income group of
Pondicherry region.
Mecosoft Approach :
Our team visited the proposed site for construction of the apartment, after a market
survey Mecosoft suggested the Promotor to go in for apartments of size 700 –
850sq.ft area, since they are targeting middle income group buyers.
Mecosoft Solution :
Based on the suggestion, the team prepared conceptual drawings for the apartments
with alternative floor plans.
Once the drawings are finalised, the team started working on Approval Drawings to
get it approved from Pondicherry Planning Authority (PPA), using AutoCAD. It had
taken 2 weeks to complete the drawings part.
Simultaneously the Mecosoft team started working on 3D Modeling, to enable the
Promotor to start marketing the Apartments, using 3DStudio. One month had been
taken to complete the modeling and animation parts.
Consecutively Structural drawings, and working drawings are prepared. Time taken
for completing this task was one month.
