Contributors emotionally connected with a
firm will always accept the challenges with
out thinking about their -
“ likes ” or “ dislikes ” .
 A person who is not connected about
the work assigned or the situation faced
can be called as emotionally disengaged
person .
 One who is emotionally disengaged is a
non-contributor and thinks that his work
is boring and hates to struggle for a
solution .
*First take responsibility to do any work
and take it as opportunity to explore our
abilities and skills.
*To do this work first guidance and
procedure is require and as per guidance
fundamental knowledge is gain of this work
.
*Understand this guidance and deeply
engage with work For this work do
guidance take as reference and do as per
requirement and also our satisfaction not
need of to do as per procedure
* For prepare any project solve the problem
with cool mind don’t bother it. All team
members are have equal importance to
make whole project.
* When we take new work then problems
challenges are come so don’t be panic of
fear of our failure and all the efforts for
solve this problem then after we get
failure then experience to do this work is
important and we get success then proud
to take this work as opportunity.

science .
• It is about Mr. Hamilton Naki of cape town ,
south Africa who was a self taught surgeon .
Hamilton naki was a black laboratory
assistant to white cardiac surgeon
Christiaan Bamard in south Africa .
 He was recognised for his surgical skills
and for his being able to teach medical
students and physicians such skills despite
not having received a formal medical
education , and took a leading role in
organ transplant research on animals .

