As Tony Hsieh says - “If you get the 
culture right, most of the other stuff 
will happen naturally on its own”
Culture – a set of Values 
- These values are behaviors and skills that are valued in 
fellow employees. 
- These are the reasons we bring people onto the team. 
- These are reasons we let them go and the reasons we 
promote/reward.
