Terry Lynn was an exceptional intern. She was professional, thorough, diligent, empathetic, and
ambitious.
Please evaluate the intern's communication skills (i.e. was the intern able to communicate with co‐
workers, clients, etc.?).
Terry Lynn communicated easily with coworkers, physicians, and patients. She was an excellent
listener and was capable of communicating her assessment of patients to me.

Terry Lynn always demonstrated an interest in patient care as well as a desire to understand
underlying disease processes. She was extremely motivated to take on new tasks and to
demonstrate acquired skills. The questions she asked were appropriate and relevant.

We had many students spend time with our practice this summer. Without a doubt, Terry Lynn
was the best student we had from Gettysburg! She was well received by the staff and she is truly
missed! Her performance was exceptional in every aspect.. She demonstrated tremendous
maturity and professionalism for such a young person. ***Terry Lynn created two brochures for
my office which are now available to our patients. These informative pamphlets highlight the
importance of health screenings such as mammography, colonoscopy, and vaccination against
pneumonia. Beautifully done and tremendously helpful!!

Why/why not? I KNOW that Terry Lynn will be successful in the health field. I have seen many
students over my nearly 30 years in nursing. She is simply, exceptional. Her drive and ambition
will serve her well as she pursues a career in healthcare.
