VISION OF AFRICAN YOUNG ECO-MIND DIALOGUE
To work with the youth people on developing them to have ecological minds and embrace
their cultural heritage.
MY ROLE IN THE AFYEMD ORGANISATION
My role is to make sure that youth minds are being changed and prepared for the future
so that they will be left with enough knowledge about ecology. There is something in the
community that is realistic to be achieved. I am going to co ordinate a project about food
that we as adults ate in the past. The name of the project will be:
KEEPING HEALTH WITH ANCIENT FOOD
OBJECTIVES:
-toshowthemdifferenttypesof food thatwere eatenIinthe past.
-toteach themhowtheyare cooked.
-tomake themtaste the foodto findhow delicioustheyare.
-toteach themthe value of eatingthese foodintheirbodies,i.e healthywise.
