Consumers are continuing to educate themselves about ecologically sound foods and to look for new trustworthy partners in their pursuit to eat in ways that are kinder to the planet. This eco-eating takes many forms, typically starting with organic dairy and produce and moving on to plant-based proteins such as chef herve recipes. In the past, it may have been sufficient to stop there and call it an eco-progressive meal plan.
Natural is back—As anxious consumers reject an industrial system that appears increasingly toxic and damaging to health, they are turning toward natural products as a solution. Raised on digital culture, they no longer see nature and technology as mutually exclusive, and are combining the best aspects of both to build New Natural lifestyles.

The mission is to educate child care centers and schools on how to incorporate healthy technologies ie. environmentally safe products so our kids don\'t get poisoned all day long, filtration to kill germs and viruses so our kids don\'t come home with other children\'s contributions. Water with healthy benefits versus sodas. If the kids aren\'t sick in bed because of the schools and child care centers it might make it less complicated to make a living.
Ang Chong Yi's opinion on the recent growth of Plant-Based foodsAng Chong Yi
The food and beverage industry has seen a lot of new developments in recent years, and one of these is the rise in popularity of plant-based foods. Although there are a number of other variables that have led to the rise of plant-based diets, the pandemic has had a lasting effect on people's perceptions of their dietary options.

“There’s now a focus on the roots feeding those systems – including sleep, relaxation,
exercise, stress management, building relationships, environmental pollutants,
nutrition and hydration. This allows health and wellness to dominate the food and
drink industry, but also seeps into other industries like beauty, anti-ageing/skincare
and biotechnology.” - Amanda Bontempo

4. I chose this topic because of the interest I have on health and the home.
I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have a passion for
finding ways to live healthier, find alternatives, and overall better my
lifestyle. I have always been into “organic” and have taken part into eco
friendly products, though through my trend journal my eyes have been
opened to so much more possibility of what is to come. The entirety of
homes are changing, environmental sustainability is on the rise,
products are changing for the better, and people are more concerned
than ever of what’s going into their bodies and how they can better
themselves. I felt that my trend journal led me to find that we are
finding a more holistic way of living, and an overall improved
wellbeing for product development for health and home. My
researching was done through articles I came across on the internet,
which were either my own personal questions and concerns that I was
looking for answers to or articles that I randomly came across, from
Pinterest and Stylus, and to observing products in stores.
