1. What is driving you to continue in AIESEC? Why have you decided to stand for President
of AIESEC in Greece for the term 16-17? How does it connect to your ambition in life in
general?
2. How would you evaluate yourself on the Leadership Qualities of AIESEC? Please present
your strengths and weaknesses based on each one.. Why do you believe you are the right
person to lead the entity for this term and what values will you drive ?
CONTEXT & ROLE UNDERSTANDING
1. Why does AIESEC exist in Greece ? What is its role and contribution to the society ?
Connect it to the 3 key trends and 3 challenges you identify in the society and AIESEC’s
role in those.
2. What’s the role of AIESEC in the achievement of the SDGs? How can we contribute during
the next term as AIESEC in Greece?
3. The role of the MCP is divided into Team Management , Performance Management ,
External Representation & Stakeholders Management , Global Network Management ,
Legal & Financial Management. Please state how will you manage each one of them and
express your priority..
Organizational Understanding
1. You have the chance to speak to the Minister of Education for just 2 minutes and you are
the President of AIESEC in Greece, what would you say? Create a pitch video of 2 min and
put the link in the application.
2. Please explain in your own words the AIESEC way , LDM & AIESEC’s Business Model. Be
clear & simple and as concrete as possible.
3. What is the value of a mid term ambition in AIESEC ? Evaluate the final sprint of 2015
and its contribution to AIESEC as well as the relevance of AIESEC 2020. Answer in a
global & national perspective as well.
Entity Understanding
1. Provide us with a SWOT analysis of AIESEC in Greece 1516 and the 3 main initiatives that
will contribute in overcoming the main bottlenecks.
2. What according to you are the main steps for the next term to ensure collaboration and
growth across all LCs to ensure overall growth of AIESEC in Greece. Describe the role of
MC, LCs, LCCs and Federal Board/BoP in this.
1617 vision
1. What is your vision for 1617 term? What will AIESEC in Greece be remembered for?
2. Strategy + Culture = Organizational Growth
a) Taking under consideration the SWOT Analysis of 1516, propose three main pillars & the
program focus for the term 1617 with brief explanation.
What is the growth path that the 4 programs will follow [ refer to specific tiers & overall cluster
for the entity ]. You can mention also specific KPIs, MoS if you like.
b) What are the key elements of culture that you see being needed for 1617? How are you going
to spread it among the entity?
c) Propose the MC Structure that will help you achieve the above.
3. What is the unique contribution of AIESEC in Greece to the WENA region and AIESEC as
a whole and what do you envision to be its contribution to the global network in the Term
1617 ?
Video Introduction
To give the National Plenary better view on you as a person please introduce yourself via
video during which you will present you as a person.
Video needs to be at a maximum length of 3 minutes.
Some things you need to have in mind for the video are:
1. make sure that your verbal communication skills are showcased in the video;
2. you need to upload your video in YouTube and put its link in your application;
3. any video longer than 3 minutes will not be accepted;
4. do not use music without copyright and adhere to brand principles;
Make sure you check that the link of the video, that you have placed at the application
works, after submitting the application if the link doesn’t work, it is considered as non-
submitting it at all.

  • 3. motivation 1. What is driving you to continue in AIESEC? Why have you decided to stand for President of AIESEC in Greece for the term 16-17? How does it connect to your ambition in life in general? 2. How would you evaluate yourself on the Leadership Qualities of AIESEC? Please present your strengths and weaknesses based on each one.. Why do you believe you are the right person to lead the entity for this term and what values will you drive ?
  • 4. CONTEXT & ROLE UNDERSTANDING 1. Why does AIESEC exist in Greece ? What is its role and contribution to the society ? Connect it to the 3 key trends and 3 challenges you identify in the society and AIESEC’s role in those. 2. What’s the role of AIESEC in the achievement of the SDGs? How can we contribute during the next term as AIESEC in Greece? 3. The role of the MCP is divided into Team Management , Performance Management , External Representation & Stakeholders Management , Global Network Management , Legal & Financial Management. Please state how will you manage each one of them and express your priority..
  • 5. Organizational Understanding 1. You have the chance to speak to the Minister of Education for just 2 minutes and you are the President of AIESEC in Greece, what would you say? Create a pitch video of 2 min and put the link in the application. 2. Please explain in your own words the AIESEC way , LDM & AIESEC’s Business Model. Be clear & simple and as concrete as possible. 3. What is the value of a mid term ambition in AIESEC ? Evaluate the final sprint of 2015 and its contribution to AIESEC as well as the relevance of AIESEC 2020. Answer in a global & national perspective as well.
  • 6. Entity Understanding 1. Provide us with a SWOT analysis of AIESEC in Greece 1516 and the 3 main initiatives that will contribute in overcoming the main bottlenecks. 2. What according to you are the main steps for the next term to ensure collaboration and growth across all LCs to ensure overall growth of AIESEC in Greece. Describe the role of MC, LCs, LCCs and Federal Board/BoP in this.
  • 7. 1617 vision 1. What is your vision for 1617 term? What will AIESEC in Greece be remembered for? 2. Strategy + Culture = Organizational Growth a) Taking under consideration the SWOT Analysis of 1516, propose three main pillars & the program focus for the term 1617 with brief explanation. What is the growth path that the 4 programs will follow [ refer to specific tiers & overall cluster for the entity ]. You can mention also specific KPIs, MoS if you like. b) What are the key elements of culture that you see being needed for 1617? How are you going to spread it among the entity? c) Propose the MC Structure that will help you achieve the above. 3. What is the unique contribution of AIESEC in Greece to the WENA region and AIESEC as a whole and what do you envision to be its contribution to the global network in the Term 1617 ?
  • 8. Video Introduction To give the National Plenary better view on you as a person please introduce yourself via video during which you will present you as a person. Video needs to be at a maximum length of 3 minutes. Some things you need to have in mind for the video are: 1. make sure that your verbal communication skills are showcased in the video; 2. you need to upload your video in YouTube and put its link in your application; 3. any video longer than 3 minutes will not be accepted; 4. do not use music without copyright and adhere to brand principles; Make sure you check that the link of the video, that you have placed at the application works, after submitting the application if the link doesn’t work, it is considered as non- submitting it at all.
