TOM FLETCHER -Tom Fletcher was born the 17 July 1985 in Harrow,London, England, now he is 26. -He is engaged with Giovanna Falcone. -He is best known as one of the lead vocalists, guitarists, songwriters and founder of McFly. -Tom originally auditioned for Busted, but 24 hours later the record label Island decided the band should be a trio rather than a four-piece so finally he wasnt with that band.

DANNY JONES -Danny Jones was born the 12 March 1986 in Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, he is now 25. -He is dating the Miss England and model Georgia Horsley. -He is known as the vocalist and guitarist. -Danny met Tom when he auditioned for Busted, Fletcher, who was filming the auditions for Island Records, later approached Danny to try to form a new band. -Nowadays apart from beeing in McFly he is Dj of some important discos in England.

DOUGIE POYNTER -Dougie Poynter was born the 30 November 1987 in Corringham, Essex, England, now he's 23. -He is known as the Bassist and backing singer of Mcfly. -He used to be in a band called ATAIZ, who were a punky-Blink 182 style band here he was he main vocalist and bassist. -Dougie dated with Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays, a really famous group in England, He spent some time in rehab following the split. -Nowadays he is working with some clothing marks, like Zukie and Saint Kidd.

HARRY JUDD -Harry Judd was born the 23 December 1985 in Chelmsford, Essex in England, now he is 25. -Harry is dating the violinist Izzy Johnston -He is known as the drummer. -Harry appeared in Busted's music video for their single "Crashed the Wedding", after which he joined McFly following auditions. -Nowadays Harry is tanking part in the famous program "Strictly Come Dancing".

- 20. The band's name originates from Marty McFly, the protagonist of the Back to the Future film trilogy.
- 21. The band first find fame after the band “Busted” helped them by inviting McFly to tour in March 2004, they were the opening act.
