• The concept of “marketing mix” was introduced over 60 years ago. In
1953, Neil Borden mentioned it in his presidential address to the
American Marketing Association (AMA).
• In general terms, marketing mix is a variety of different factors that
can influence a consumer’s decision to purchase a product or use a
service. It most commonly refers to the 4Ps of marketing product,
price, promotion and place.

• Golden Arches logo were designed by architect Stanley Meston in
