yaffectsindividualstudentsbutalsoimpactsthevibrancyandinclusivityofcampuslife.
• Recognizingthisissue,weintroduceClubHub,amobileapplicationpoisedtorevolutionizehowMuteesaIRoyalUniversitystudentsengagewi
thstudentclubsandorganizations.ClubHubaimstobridgethegapbetweenstudentsandclubsbyprovidingacentralizedplatformfordiscovery,
interaction,andparticipation.

• Furthermore,ClubHubservesasacatalystforfosteringasenseofbelongingandconnectionwithintheuniversitycommunity.Byfacilitatingme
aningfulconnectionsbetweenstudentsandclubs,ClubHubcontributestotheenrichmentofcampuslifeandthecultivationofasupportiveandin
clusiveenvironmentforall
BACKGROUND
• MuteesaIRoyalUniversityserveasdynamichubsoflearning,innovation,andsocialinteraction.Theyarenotonlyacademicinstitutionsbutalsobustlingcommunitieswherestudentshavetheopportunitytoexplorediverseinter
ests,engageinextracurricularactivities,andforgelifelongconnections.Withinthisrichecosystem,studentclubsandorganizationsplayapivotalroleinshapingthecampuscultureandenhancingtheoverallstudentexperience.

• Fromacademicandprofessionalsocietiestoculturalandrecreationalgroups,studentclubsofferamyriadofopportunitiesforstudentstopursuetheirpassions,developleadershipskills,andbuildnetworksbeyondtheclassroom.
Theseclubsserveasvitalplatformsforpersonalandprofessionalgrowth,providingavenuesforstudentstoapplyclassroomknowledgeinreal-
worldcontexts,collaboratewithpeerswhosharesimilarinterests,andcontributetocausestheybelievein.

• However,despitetheabundanceofclubsandorganizationsonMuteesaIRoyalUniversity,studentsoftenfacechallengesinnavigatingthisvibrantlandscape.Thesheernumberofclubs,coupledwithlimitedvisibilityandaccess
ibility,canmakeitdifficultforstudentstodiscoverandengagewithclubsthatalignwiththeirinterestsandaspirations.Traditionalmethodsofclubpromotion,suchasposters,tablingevents,andword-of-
mouth,maynoteffectivelyreachallstudentsoraccuratelyconveythebreadthanddepthofclubofferings.

• Againstthisbackdrop,ClubHubemergesasatransformativesolutiondesignedtorevolutionizehowstudentsdiscover,engagewith,andcontributetostudentclubsandorganizationsatMuteesaIRoyalUniversity.Byharnessin
gthepowerofmobiletechnology,ClubHubaimstoempowerstudentstoexploretheirinterests,connectwithlike-
mindedpeers,andactivelyparticipateinthevibranttapestryofcampuslife.ThroughClubHub,weenvisionafuturewhereeverystudenthastheopportunitytofindtheirplace,pursuetheirpassions,andmakemeaningfulcontribut

PROBLEM STATEMENT
• DespitetheavailabilityofstudentclubsonMuteesaIRoyalUniversity,studentsoftenfacesignificantchallengesindiscovering,engagingwith,andpartic
ipatingintheseextracurricularactivities.Thecurrentclubecosystemischaracterizedbyfragmentation,limitedvisibility,andaccessibilityissues,which
hinderstudents'abilitytofullyexploreandbenefitfromthediverseopportunitiesavailabletothem.

• Oneoftheprimaryproblemsisthelackofcentralizedandeasilyaccessibleinformationaboutstudentclubsandtheiractivities.Traditionalmethodsofclub
promotion,suchasflyers,posters,andtablingevents,maynoteffectivelyreachallstudentsorprovidecomprehensiveinformationaboutclubofferings.A
saresult,studentsmaymissoutonopportunitiestojoinclubsthatalignwiththeirinterests,passions,orcareergoals.

friendlyplatformforclubdiscoveryandinteractionexacerbatestheproblemofunderrepresentationandlimitedengagementwithstudentclubs.
