• This exam will take three hours

• The training assumes some familiarity with Maximo, it is not training in the basic use of
Maximo
• This training plan concentrates on the core Maximo subjects required to perform the
administrator role
• This does not include training in the use of standard Maximo applications and instead
focuses on System Administration tools and applications
• Knowledge in standard Maximo applications can be improved with personal development
or further training could be supplied if required
• Another future step to consider is IBM Certification. Again further personal development
or training will be required to attempt this

• A demo VM is being supplied to complete practical exercises and the practical
examination
• VMware Player is required to launch this and should be preinstalled as requested
• Copy of the VM is on Trainer Hard Drive, this will be distributed now
