About 65% of Croft & Associates project work is design of new facilities. Most of these new facilities are between $2 ~ $15
million in construction value. Our personnel have experience across the US with much of our work concentrated in the
Southeast performing project studies, new project design, rehabilitation design and construction administration services. These
projects always require learning about local materials, local permitting requirements and project delivery methods. Additionally,

Existing Facilities.

Nearly one third of the projects that Croft & Associates provides architecture services for are renovation, repair or rehabilitation of
existing facilities. We have a deep understanding and appreciation for the demands and complexity of rehabilitation projects
from our decades of experience dealing with this project type for private and public clients including the US Army. Our
experience has taught us that thoroughly documenting the existing facility and site is key to a successful rehabilitation project.
This includes gathering all available record documents for the site and building; and having all relevant design disciplines
perform project site visits to become familiar with the existing conditions. This existing information coupled with visits to the
project site help us to verify and clarify the project scope thoroughly before design begins. This also proves invaluable at
