Nestlé USA announces the promotion of Matthew Del Rio to Continuous Replenishment Process Specialist. Matthew will be based out of Nestlé's Fort Worth Customer Service Center and will report directly to Robin S. Bejar, Customer Service Supervisor. In this new role, Matthew will be responsible for providing total customer service and managing the order and invoice process flow for Walmart Regional Network Accounts in a cost efficient manner.
Accounts Payable Payment Analyst August 2014-present
• Project lead in payments team for the successful implementation from the testing phase to go live of the SWIFT payment project from August 2015 to December 2015.
• In charge for the overall operational activity supporting the payment supervisor of the team for markets handled such as Oceania, Philippines, Singapore,
Wyeth Philippines, Wyeth Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
• Responsible for the review of the work of the payments team and assisting the team in resolving operational issues and act as a single point of contact for market escalation.
• Ensure that internal control requirements and control activity of the payments team were regularly executed before payment is release.

ANNOUNCEMENT
As we continue to build the capabilities of our people, I am pleased to announce the
promotion of Matthew Del Rio to Continuous Replenishment Process (CRP) Specialist.
Matthew will be based out of our Ft. Worth Customer Service Center and report directly
to me effective November 23, 2015.
In this role, Matthew will be responsible for providing total customer service in a cost
efficient manner as he manages the order and invoice process flow for our Walmart
Regional Network Accounts.
Matthew first began his career at Nestlé Waters North America and in 2015
came to the Fort Worth Customer Service Center as an Account Order
Coordinator. He has been working with buyers and independently working
with all levels of Nestlé to resolve carrier issues, warehouse issues, and/or
issues with supply chain, master data which may negatively impact the
customer.
Matthew received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the
University of Texas at Arlington.
