media have different characteristics so to recognize the attributes of their readers,

Being clear, empathetic and informative is the first step. If we use technical terms, it is
necessary to relate them in a pleasant way to facilitate understanding.
Understanding our job as communicators is important because when we communicate
we must leave a message.
If the message is effective and direct, those who read it will remember it. It must be
clear throughout the text and within each section, paragraph and even sentence. It is
essential to make the information known to external media, but it's necessary to
research and analyze the information to be released.
The text must have a clear structure, explaining the content and at the end we must
give a brief word about our company.
