The "Mastice" project aims to: 1. Raise awareness about reliable sources of grants, scholarships, and internships as well as how to apply and interview. 2. Find diligent and enthusiastic students who cannot afford to study abroad and help them gain grants. 3. Create a team to instruct students and help them gain grants. The project involves choosing apprentice students, instructing them until they gain grants, and inviting past grant recipients to share experiences. It requires a budget of 63 million total and involves positions like a project manager, journalist, designer, and admissions expert. The expected results are raising awareness, improving students' potentials for grants, and uniting people who studied abroad.
