However, this course is compulsory, and you
must be "SUCCESSFUL" from this course in
order to graduate.
6. How can I be “SUCCESSFUL” from the Career
Planning Course?

• In order to be “SUCCESSFUL” from this course, you must have watched all the video lessons
of the 14-week curriculum prepared by the Presidential human resources office and
offered asynchronously at the address https://www.ytnk.tv/YtnkTv_KariyerPlanlamaDersi
• The viewing rates of each video content, the duration of online stay and the completion
information of the videos will be recorded instantly in the tracking system of the
academician, as well as in the students' own account information.
• At the end of the semester, each student's completion of the courses and watching the
videos will be examined by the lecturer, and the students who watch all the videos will be
"SUCCESSFUL" from this course.
• In order not to experience a systemic problem, we recommend that students who watch all
the videos should contact the lecturer and confirm that they have watched all the lessons
completely.

Individual Career Planning,
• It is the process of planning one's career goals individually. Individual
career planning consists of four basic stages.

• It is the process of planning one's career goals by the organization's management.
• The career planning of the organizations is in the form of supporting the person
by providing information about career opportunities and resources to help the
person manage their career plans.

13. Stages of Career Planning
• Career planning is a long-term process that includes many stages.
1. It is the stage of getting to know the career process of the individual. The
individual starts work and creates opportunities for the future.
2. It is the stage where the individual reveals his long- and short-term goals.
For the individual to show improvement and continuity, the organization
must be motivating.
3. It is the stage where equipment and responsibilities suitable for the
requirements of the job are investigated. The individual must take
responsibility and demonstrate his competence. Identify the positive and
negative aspects of the job.

14. 4. It is the stage where career goals are determined realistically. At this stage,
the individual reveals his goals more clearly.
5. It is the stage where the individual completes his/her equipment
deficiencies in order to realize his career goal and tries to persuade the
management of the organization he is in to accept his abilities. At this stage,
the individual has determined the job he wants to do.
6. It is the stage where the individual determines the goals of advancement in
the profession.
7. It is the stage of the individual to review his career. As personal needs, goals
and desires may change over time, the individual needs to control the

• It is aimed that our students make use of their free time according to their
interests, acquire new interests, acquire the habit of learning together by having
fun, and increase their knowledge, skills and creativity.
• In addition to receiving an academic education at Istanbul Kultur University, our
students make social, cultural and artistic activities a part of their lives through
Student Clubs.
