Perform administrative and secretarial support functions for the US Navy thru contractor. 
Coordinate and manage multiple priorities and projects. Provide discreet secretarial and reception 
services for a busy navy training center. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date

Updates training schedules with CBT and NKO course completions; utilize FLTMPS for validation of 
NKO/CBT;CTARS completions; access JPAS and validate service member's security data for access to 
PEOSNAP network; troubleshoot minor computer problems; maintain a log of LRC usage to be compiled 
monthly and maintain inventory of current PEO assets.
