Need  Looking for a skilled partner to help them Migrating from MS Dynamics CRM 3.0 to MS Dynamics CRM 2011
and upgrade of custom built solution of existing CRM 3.0 implementation.
 Reduce high costs of maintenance and 3rd party licenses.
Marlabs Solution  The deployment for CRM 3.0 was a Clustered installation having 136 active users, 50 concurrent users with
a database of 100 GB of active data.
 Made an assessment of the "AS-IS" systems of major functional and infrastructure and defined a strategy,
best migration approach to upgrade system without loss in productivity and enabled a smooth transition to
the newer system. Migrated the various customized components (Callouts, Workflows, etc.) to the newer
system.
