• Increased department gross profit 1.8% (2012 vs. 2013) while department sales decreased by
14% due to a decrease in sales to the service department.
• Increased the Purchase Allowance account by 10.7% (2012 vs. 2013) by maximizing the
Chevrolet Retail Inventory Management (RIM) program stock order discount of 4.25%.
•Developed annual sales and expense forecasts maintaining maximum gross profit percent
targets.
•Direct oversight/implementation for construction of a new parts department within the existing
service area. Designed comprehensive floor plan including sales counters, shipping and

Managed Service and Parts Operations at the Mokena and East Chicago/Indiana branch locations
for leading national construction equipment Rental Corporation. Responsible for maintenance
and repairs on a fleet of construction equipment valued at $9M. Direct supervision and training
for six Local 150 Union mechanics.
•Lead service contact for one of United Rental’s largest clients (industrial customer; a steel mill
located in East Chicago/Indiana). Developed and implemented a damage claim system
resulting in a 99% rate of claims filed and a 95% rate for claims paid.
• Developed and maintained professional vendor relationships with John Deere, Bobcat,
Sullair, JLG, Komatsu and other OEM manufacturers.
