has been commissioned to carry out Sweden's
maritime spatial planning
• Ministry of the Environment
• Three plans – the Gulf of Bothnia, the Baltic Sea, the
Western Sea
• Plans will be adopted by the government
• Guiding Maritime Spatial Plans – but possibility to
adopt regulations prohibiting or limiting activities
