BTRN ADVISORY COUNCIL Estatuto Social Braz-Tesol • CAPÍTULO II, Artigo 5º, item (a): É direito do sócio-votante “votar e indicar candidatos para cargos no Conselho Consultivo e na Diretoria”. • CAPÍTULO IV, Artigo 19º: O Conselho Consultivo “será responsável pelo estabelecimento das diretrizes e do plano geral de atividades da Associação para a consecução de seus objetivos”. • CAPÍTULO IV, Artigo 20º: O Conselho Consultivo será composto pelos 5 (cinco) Diretores, pelos ex-Presidentes da Associação e por 6 (seis) sócios- votantes. – Parágrafo Segundo: Os 6 (seis) sócios-votantes serão eleitos pela Assembléia Geral, para mandatos de 01 (um) ou 02 (dois) anos.
