- Number 4 is the Facility Case Summary. This is where we collect service statistics over a period of 12 consecutive months. These data and those of Module 5 are used for the EmOC indicators described in the Handbook, one of which is the intrapartum stillbirth and very early neonatal death rate. Methodologies: interviews, observation, data extraction from medical charts, registers, etc.
