• Did you know that the Maori Haka was traditionally only done by
males, while females have a different version. Do you think girls should
perform this Haka too? Why or why not?
• Have you seen the Haka performed anywhere, or in any recent
movies? What did it look like?
3. First Let's See Your Maori Intimidating Face
You can stick your tongue out as far as you can, widen your
eyes to show the whites, show your teeth and open mouth,
grimace, or show off your chin. “Grrrr” or “lightly” yell in
class.
