it used to reduce the cost on inventory i.e. ABC analysis, Perpetual inventory includes FIFO
Method, Zero based inventory budgeting, safety stock etc. These methods eventually help to
keep the working capital at its lowest.
Analysis:
 Identified the exact inventory holding period with the help of inventory turnover ratio.
Higher holding period was found.
Conclusions
 Company can use Just in time Inventory method to reduce the wastage.
 Company should change the criteria for ABC analysis as the most of its stock covers only
in A category.
