animals too.
• Stealing in animals includes taking of food, nest
materials and other objects collected by other
species of animals.
• Stealing food is non-violent and it is very clever
because it saves them time, they avoid effort and
chances of injuries.

use different tricks for survival and to find food.
They often steal nuts, seeds and vegetables from
homes.
5. Rhesus Macaque
• Rhesus macaque are one of the threatened
species of monkeys that live in Asia.
• They mainly feed on roots, small insects and
leaves.
• They also thrive in urban areas. They get food
that has been left for them by humans.
• They quickly learn where to go for food and
they steal it. Sometimes they steal other things
like cameras, bags, jewellery etc.
