5. Day 02-
Sightseeing tour
in Kathmandu
-Visit the numerous UNESCO’s
world heritage sites in Kathmandu:
Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath
stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa,
Kathmandu Durbar Square and
others.
-Fun day witnessing the beautiful
mixture of religion, culture and
architecture in the various areas of
the capital city.
6. Day 03- Drive Kathmandu to Arughat
(640m) and trek to soti khola (710m)
• Start the day early after breakfast.
• Drive from Kathmandu to Dhading Besi on a nice, paved road enjoying the
views of the hilly areas, terraces, fields and rivers.
• Drive from Dhading Besi to Arughat; a little rough one on rocky trails.
• Decide on whether to trek to Soti Khola or to drive there and rest the night.
7. Day 04-Trek to
Machha Khola
(870m)
-Start the day early to reach
our destination which will
take about 6-7 hours.
-Section includes trekking
through suspension bridges,
sandy river bed, climbing
over stone ridges behind a
rocky cliff and waterfalls.
8. Day O5-Trek to
Tatopani
-From Machhakhola follow a
narrow trail.
-After a few ascends and
descends, we reach a popular
hot-spring,Tatopani.
-Spend the night here and can
enjoy the natural sauna in the
hot -spring
9. Day 06-Trek to
Jagat
-Climb another ridge and
cross the Budhi Gandaki on
another suspension bridge.
-Climb a series of staircase
and a ridge to reach Jagat.
10. Day 07-Trek to Ekle Bhatti (1600m)
• First reach Salleri after climbing a rocky ridge and then go
towards Sirdibas
• Continue to Ghatta Khola and then walk upstream through a
long suspension bridge to reach a Gurung village in Phillim
• From the lower points of the village, the trail turns north and
through leveled trails amidst maize fields, we reach Ekle Bhatti
11. Day 08-Trek to
Bihi Phedi
(2130m)
-Start our trip from a steep
gorge and then descend
through grassy slopes to cross
the Budhi Gandaki
-Pass through bamboo forests
to reach the Deng Khola
-Cross the river to reach Deng
Village
12. Day 09-Trek to
Namrung
(2630m)
-Brief walk from Deng and then
cross the Budhi Gandaki and
climb to reach Rana.
-After lots of river crossing and a
beautiful walk through forest,
we reach Namrung.
-Namrung is the best viewpoint
for Siring and Ganesh Himal as
well as Mt. Himal Chuli.
13. Day 10-Trek to Lho (3180m)
• From Namrung a steep climb and passage through forests to Lihi, a village
well known for its chortens and barley terraces.
• Cross the side valley of Simnang
• Pass through Sho
• Reach Lho where we spend the night
14. Day 11-Trek to
Samagaun
(3500m)
-Cross the Shyala village
-Reach the Sama village where
one gets to witness the amazing
views of Mount Manaslu
-Breathtaking view of the high
mountains along with glaciers is
the highlight of the trip.
15. Day 12-
Acclimatizing day
at Samagaun
-Rest and acclimatize to the
increasing altitudes.
-Explore the surrounding areas
-Main attraction of the day is the
Pungyen Gompa with a spectacular
view of the glaciers
-Hike up to the gompa named after
the two peaks of Manaslu which
means bracelet
16. Day 13-Trek to Samdo (3860m)
• Follow Budhi Gandaki River and cross it on a suspension bridge
• Take the trail on the right to Larkya la.
• Pass through Mani walls and juniper and birch forests.
• From a stone arch Kani will be visible; cross it to reach samdo
17. Day 14-Trek to
Dharamasala
(4480m)
-Cross a wooden bridge over Budhi
Gandaki River & begin a hike
upwards
-Cross a few streams and enjoy the
view of Larkya Glacier
-Make your way upwards to reach a
guesthouse called Dharmashala.
-A short trek to Larke Phedi
provides enough time to
acclimatize.
18. • Day 15- Cross the Larke Pass (5213m)
down to Bimtang (3720m)
• Make a short climb and reach a valley on the north side of Larkya glacier
with exquisite views of Larkya peak.
• Ascend the moraines of a glacier which becomes quite steep at the end
before reaching the pass
• From here enjoy the breathtaking views of Himlung, Cheo, Kanggru and
the Annapurna.
• A longer walk than other days and reach the guesthouse among the low
pastures at the dim lights of dusk
• Finally reach Bhimtang, the exquisite view of Mount Manaslu makes every
step worth it.
20. Day 16-Bhimtang
to Gho (2560m)
-Make your way down towards a
high pasture and then a bridge
over Dudh Khola
-Walk through rhododendron
forests, narrow valleys and fields
before making a climb to the
river bank that leads to the
village of Gho
21. Day 17-Tilche to Chamje (1430m)
• Move in a stone paved path passing through a beautiful village and then
cross a bridge over Dudh Khola
• Move past an arch and Mani walls to get to theThonje village
• Pass through a police checkpoint
• Make your way towards Dharapani from where you enter the Annapurna
circuit section
• Pass through a village, a bridge and Mani walls, reach a village situated at
the foot of a large waterfall,Tal
• Walk down 2 more hour then reach Chamje
22. Day 18-Chamje
to Beshisahar
(875m)
-Follow the trail that leads to the
Jagat village.
-After crossing the Marsyangdi
khola, you reach Marsyangdi valley.
-A descent through rhododendron
forests takes you to the Syange
village
-After a slight climb and a leveled
walk from Bahun Danda, you reach
the town of Besisahar.
23. Day 19- Drive
back to
Kathmandu from
Beshisahar
-Drive along the banks of
Marsyangdi andTrishuli River
-Witness the beautiful scenery
of rice fields, terraced farms,
rivers and valleys and refreshing
views of the hilly areas and
mountains
-After a few hours’ journey, you
reach Kathmandu
24. Day 20-Final
transfer to airport
for your flight
home
-On your last day of the trip,
you will be dropped off at
Tribhuvan International
Airport
