Manaslu round trek or Manaslu circuit trek is a prominent trek in the Manaslu district that lies in between Nepal and Tibet. As the name implies, Manaslu, “The Spirit Mountain”, is a trek to the dashing unparalleled snow-clad mountains with the organic exploration of typical cultures, wildlife, and their attributes. Itinerary
Day 1: Advent at Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport.
Upon your arrival, the Nepalaya treks team greets you at the airport and escort you to the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu valley cultural sightseeing and preparation for trek.
We take a morning breakfast and make our way to Kathmandu valley sightseeing. We visit possible few
sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Sawyambhunath Stupa, Bouddhanath Stupa. Later, we prepare for the
trek.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (700 meters). Duration: 8-9 hours.
We start our drive early in the morning via Arughat (608 meters). The drive takes us along the beautiful
and scenic landscapes, winding rivers and typical villages.

Day 4: Trek to Machha Khola (869 meters). Duration: 5-6 hours.
We follow the amazing trail of woodlands, and upstream along the Budhi Gandaki River. Then, we
descend overlooking towards the Machha Khola via a wide and sandy riverbed.

Day 5: Trek to Jagat (1340 meters). Duration: 6 hours.
From the Machha Khola, we make our way to Jagat. We hike on the trail passing through hot springs,
forested area and reach Dovan Khola. From here, we trek towards Lhakpa and reach Jagat.

Day 6: Trek to Philim (1570 meters). Duration: 5 hours.
After taking early breakfast, we mark our way to Philim. The trekking trail is easy and undulating. We
trek to the Sirdibas that offers a striking view of Sringi Himal (7162 meters). Then, we drop down to the
river and climb steeply towards Philim.

Day 7: Trek to Deng (1860 meters). Duration: 5 hours.
We make our way to impressive waterfalls and pass Eklebatti. The trail takes us to cross a suspension
bridge twice and eventually leads to Nyak. From the Nyak we move ahead to Deng. Deng provides us
great views of Sringi Himal and is a Gurung village.

Day 8: Trek to Namrung (2630 meters). Duration: 5 hours.
2. We trek over steep hills and then descend to cross the river. We encounter a few small settlements before
reaching impressive valley Namrung.

Day 9: Trek to Samagaon (3520 meters). Duration: 6 hours.
The trail from the Namrung at first takes us to Lihi and then to the landslide-prone area towards to Lho.
On the way to Samagaon, we can have a splendid vies of Manaslu range. The trail further guides to the
lateral moraine of Pungen Glacier. We eventually reach to Sama.

Day 10: Trek to Samdo (3875 meters). Duration: 3 hours.
We cross the trail passing over the pasture and slowly ascends further into the valley. As we get closer to
Samdo we can have a fantastic view of the mountains, especially Manaslu. From the Samdo, we can have
a short hike to Rui La (4998 meters), a standing border between Nepal and Tibet.

Day 11: Trek to Dharmashala (4460 meters). Duration: 4 hours.
We cross a couple of streams and make our way to Larkya Bazaar. We can see a Tibetan influence in the
Lakya Bazaar. From the Larkya, bazaar, we can have a magnificent view of Larkya Peak (6249 meters)
and Naike Peak (6211 meters). Then, we make our way to Dharmashala.

Day 12: Trek to Bimthang via Larkya La Pass (5160 meters). Duration: 8-9 hours.
Today, we have a long trek. We trek to Bimthang via the Larkya La Mountain Pass (5160 meters). We
climb up to Cho Chanda and head uphill towards the snow-covered steep pass. We can a truly
magnificent view of the Himlung Himal (7126 meters), Cheo Himal (6812 meters), Annapurna II (7937
meters) and Kang Koru (6981 meters) from the Larkya Pass. From the pass, we make our way through
moraine and toward Bimthang.

Day 13: Trek to Tilje (2300 meters). Duration: 5 hours.
Today, the trekking trail guides us through paddy fields and heads towards a small Karche La pass.
Descending through rhododendron and fig trees takes us to Tilje. The trek is filled with gorgeous
landscapes and rich biodiversity.

Day 14: Trek to Chamje (1430 meters). Duration: 6-7 hours.
We climb over a small ridge, stone-paved trails and pass through beautiful villages of the region. After
crossing a bridge, we reach the village of Thonje, Karta and later cross Marsayangdi Khola. Then shortly,
we descend to the Chamje village.

3. Day 15: Trek to Besisahar and drive to Kathmandu. Duration: 8 hours.
Leaving the Chamje behind, we drive towards the Besisahar in a local jeep. From The Besisahar, we drive
towards Kathmandu.

Day 16: Final Departure.
We have a successful trekking celebration on the later day and today after a short farewell program, we
guide you to the airport for the final departure to your native destination.
