normal feeling that we all experience

ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger management is a way to
increase the positive aspects of
anger and decrease the
negative aspects of anger.
The goal of anger management
is to reduce both your emotional
feelings and the physiological
arousal that anger causes. We
can’t get rid of, or avoid, the
things or the people that enrage
us, nor can we change them,
but we can learn to control your
reactions.
CONTROL YOUR ANGER BEFORE IT
CONTROLS YOU.
 Stay calm and learn to breath
 Know your body
 Imagine you are in a peaceful place
 Give yourself sometime to sort the things
 Turn your angry energy into a change for better
 Exercise Self Control
 Using Humor
 Changing your Environment
 Counseling
 Brisk walk , ride and run (Physical Activity)
