IngredientsV                         Corn flour                       2 spoons of salt           1½L  of water
  ELABORATION1º You put the water to a boil like in the picture.2º You add 2 spoons of sal to the water and make it bubble.3º You add the corn flour to the water while you are removing.                          The corn flour it’s up there.
4º You let it rest few minutes covered.5ºwhen you see that it’s ready, you turn it off in a flat surcase.                          It’s my hat
HOW CAN I EAT THIS DELICIUS THING?Very easy, you only need to do this:1º You chop it in middle-size pieces with a thread.2º You can do little balls.
Finally you can eat it with some of these things.Little balls, with curd cheese,Pieces of fried meat with his juice… Mmmmm…                          You can put Mamaliga into sweet milk… Yummy… Or…
