  1. Intro.Tina Corner. Up until 3 months ago, I owned one of the top franchisees in TAB. Now I am President of Intellectual Innovations in partnership with Larry Linne who wrote MTNGA (recently received a 5 star Clarion Review).The concepts you are going to experience in the next 45 minutes will reduce what we call “NOISE” in your head. Its all that “stuff” that keeps you up at night! You will walk away with tangible tools today to reduce that noise. So lets talk about that NOISE…
  2. These are the types of things that create noise in our lives and this noise is what stops us from getting that growth, working on those new products or services, working on your business model. USING OUR TALENT!! Noise creates stress, health problems, long hours, unhappiness, stagnant growth for the FIC and the SIC.

Saying all these things are symptoms of the frustrations of too much noise in your lifeSo when I was working with CEO”s the last 7 years in TAB, I realized they were stuck after 2008. 2008 was not good for our FIC’s. How many of you would say you are more in the business than you were years ago ? How many of you would say you are in the detail more than you wish you were?.Since 2008, its been an uncertain time. What happened to CEO’s since this uncertainity? All my clients were stuck in the detail and not doing what they do best. Why??They got back in the business. They worry about:
  4. Call on individuals, then do a group sampleNow that you have quantified what it means to you to do more of “what you do best”. How do you increase that %?
  5. Take a few minutes and write down the top two Up AT Night items. Then list the desired results and activity that someone in your org can do decrease the noise.Does your SIC know this? If not, upward communication is critical. Downward communication causes the FIC to get in the details of the day to daySo if you just had a weekly meeting with your SIC on this list and what they could do to make the noise go away, what impact could that have?At the meeting they would review last weeks, and this weeks UP At Night List
  6. Engage innovation How many innovators we have in here How many of your employees think you are crazy why can’t you implement, handle more fill the gap, because if you stop innovating you are done make it okay for them that they can do this and implement Innovation Gap implementor
