Make God’s BIG Idea
Your BIG Idea
Matthew 4:23 (NIV)
23 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their
synagogues, preaching the good news of the
kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness
among the people.
Matthew 4:23 (MSG)
From there he (Jesus) went all over Galilee. He used
synagogues for meeting places and taught people the
truth of God. God's kingdom was his theme—that
beginning right now they were under God's
government, a good government! He also healed
people of their diseases and of the bad effects of their
bad lives.
Acts 1:3 (NIV)
3 After his suffering, he showed himself to these men
and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He
appeared to them over a period of forty days and
spoke about the kingdom of God.
Acts 28:23-31 (NIV)
23 They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and
came in even larger numbers to the place where he
was staying. From morning till evening he explained
and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to
convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses
and from the Prophets. 24 Some were convinced by
what he said, but others would not believe.
…
30 For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own
rented house and welcomed all who came to see him.
31 Boldly and without hindrance he preached the
kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus
Christ.
Your Kingdom come on earth, as it is in heaven.

your sin, God knows your sin but calls you by
your name.” - Ricardo Sanchez.
3. Study and learn
about the Kingdom of God
4. Think Kingdom to Church
(not the other way around)
Christianity started in Palestine as a fellowship
It moved to Greece and became a philosophy
It moved to Italy (Rome) and became an institution
It moved to Europe and became a culture
It came to America and became an enterprise
(Rev. Sam Pascoe)
“Something has shifted – we have become
disconnected from the Kingdom. Man’s need and
himself has become centre of the Gospel rather than
centrality of Jesus Christ – King of all kings. Is man the
centre or Jesus”

righteousness, and all these things will be given to you
as well.
