Presents the ‘WASTED’ pitch By Adam, Bledar and Anthony
Opening Pitch Crime drama starring two teenagers who find themselves in trouble as they steal from a brutal Boss. The Film focuses on prior events which leads to a tragic end.
Development Genre: Crime Drama Target Audience: Anyone and everyone but mainly teenagers Ideas: Crime, death, guns, teenagers, flashback, debt, money, drugs, broken lifestyle and the realism of London suburbs. Budget: £800,000 Marketing: Social networking sites (Facebook, Bebo and Myspace), adverts in the ‘The London Lite’, ‘The London Paper’ and ‘Metro’. Billboards in urban areas near schools, youth clubs etc…
Production Stages Staring: Adam Coumas - himself , is studying Theatre Studies, and wants to make it big time! Anthony Hay - himself is a highly paid actor who got an A in GCSE Drama. Bledar Perlesha - ‘The Boss’ , has appeared in the Albanian version of Hollyoaks. Crew Director – Adam Script Writer – Anthony Producer – Bledar
Music and Props We will be using everyday clothing and items but in particular, choosing the ones that represent stereotypical teenagers. Such as ‘hoodies’, trainers and tracksuits. Due to copyright reasons we will be using a variety of copyright free music from a supplied CD.
Location We needed a location which really expressed the horrid conditions in which the character’s life was brought up in. We thought this particular location would be appropriate because it is secluded, derelict and believable. Graffiti is essential as we want to fully emphasise the realism. We have deliberately chosen this location because it has every aspect in which we are looking for and it is relatively easy for us to get to. Sutton, Cressingham Grove
Distribution We plan to release our movie ‘Wasted’ to a select amount of cinemas within central London for a short time period. Our main concern is profit from DVD sales and therefore more features will be added such as uncut footage, deleted scenes, directors commentary etc… We also plan to make an appearance at Leicester Square to fully attract our target audience.
