The managing director of Mahyoobah Eco Solutions Private Limited have 10 years of experience in
waste management field. The company aims at coordinating the waste collection and its recycling
from the places such as Kannur and Kasaragod.
We are dealing with dry waste management, we collect dry waste and dispose, the waste which are
recyclable are recycled and upcyclable are upcycled,and the waste which cannot be undergone any
process are taken for landfilling. Our company’s current employee strength is 10. We are expecting to
grow in the coming years.

4. PROBLEM STATEMENT
There is no proper waste collection and recycling facility in Kerala.
When waste are collected from the source, customers are not aware of the type of waste which are
collected, when it comes to sorting point there is also problem, vehicle is not available at the
location.
Due to the lack of labours, it becomes difficult from segregating. And also man power segregation
is time consuming, which makes our production less.
It is also difficult to shift the segregated plastic waste to the bailing process. It also requires
additional labours and time.
Lack of knowledge , labours find it difficult to differentiate between value added waste and non
value added waste, they usually mix them both .
There is also increase in dispute among the labours, and thus making the production less.
