This document discusses new research methods that can be explored, including Management By Wandering Around (MBWA), walkthroughs, transect walks, and Photo Voice. MBWA involves managers informally checking in with employees. Walkthroughs are short classroom observations focused on specific instructional practices. Transect walks involve systematically observing a community along transects to document environmental conditions. Photo Voice is a participatory method where community members use photography and discussion to represent their community and advocate for change.
