The document is a sermon about Jesus responding to the Jews who questioned whether he was the Christ by telling them his sheep know his voice and follow him. It discusses Jesus performing works from God to prove who he is, and that his followers obey his commands. When the Jews accused him of blasphemy for claiming to be the Son of God, Jesus cited scripture showing others were called gods and that the Father sent him, so their accusation did not make sense. The sermon encourages believers to follow Jesus' teachings.
John 10 Jesus is the good shepherd but not all are his sheep. Jesus sheep are Sensitive, they hear his voice. Jesus sheep are special, they are known by him. Jesus sheep are smart, they follow him. Jesus sheep are saved, he gives them eternal life. Jesus sheep are secure, nothing can snatch them out of his hand.

When we are deeply distressed our cries come from the heart. There are the cries of those who deeply want to know God, not just know ABOUT Him. There are the cries of the lonely heart, people that even in a great crowd feel alone. And then there is the cry of God for His people. When Jesus lamented over Jerusalem He was crying from the heart.
_MINISTRY_Encounter #3_Presence of the Holy SpiritRohan Dredge
In this, the third installment of the ENCOUNTER Series Rohan takes you through how the Holy Spirit was present and worked through people in the Old Testament and then on into the New Testament. This message is thick with scriptures as we unpack explore the specific role of the Holy Spirit in the OT and the shift in dispensation in the NT.
Landing on the big idea that “awareness of his presence enables access to his power.” Take some time to become aware of the places in your life where you need the Holy Spirit to come upon you in fullness and power. Ask God to make that real to you right now.
Enjoy beginning to walk with and relate personally to the Holy Spirit as your guide and best friend.

Hanukkah is the only Jewish holiday not included in the Hebrew scriptures, but mentioned in the New Testament Gospel of John (10:12-30). Why? What does the Feast of Lights have to do with Messiah or Jesus Christ?
So far in our series we've seen the theme of the Kingdom of God is one that runs through the entire story of the Bible and that the kingdom is something other than what we would expect of a worldly kingdom. Today we are going to see just how it is that Jesus came to be the king of this kingdom.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

the colonnade of Solomon. (24) So the Jews gathered around him and

Christ, tell us plainly."
5. Feast of Dedication (or Hanukah)
Hanukkah (sometimes transliterated Chanukkah) is a Jewish holiday
celebrated for eight days and nights. It starts on the 25th of the Jewish
month of Kislev, which coincides with late November-late December on
the secular calendar.
In Hebrew, the word "hanukkah" means "dedication." The name reminds
us that this holiday commemorates the re-dedication of the holy Temple
in Jerusalem following the Jewish victory over the Syrian-Greeks in 165

believe. The works that I do in my Father's name bear witness about me,
(26) but you do not believe because you are not part of my flock. (27)
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. (28) I
give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch
them out of my hand. (29) My Father, who has given them to me, is

8. My Sheep Hear My Voice
Joh 10:25-30 ESV Jesus answered them, "I told you, and you do not
believe. The works that I do in my Father's name bear witness about me,
(26) but you do not believe because you are not part of my flock. (27)

Mat 7:21-23 ESV "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will
enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father
who is in heaven. (22) On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord,
did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name,
and do many mighty works in your name?' (23) And then will I declare
to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.'
9. My Sheep Hear My Voice
Joh 10:27-30 ESV (27) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and
they follow me. (28) I give them eternal life, and they will never perish,
and no one will snatch them out of my hand. (29) My Father, who has
given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them
out of the Father's hand. (30) I and the Father are one."
Mat 7:24-27 ESV "Everyone then who hears these words of mine and
does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. (25)
And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on
that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.
(26) And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them
will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. (27) And the
rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that
house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it."
10. My Sheep Hear My Voice
Joh 10:27-30 ESV (27) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and

11. Joh 10:31-39 ESV The Jews picked up stones again to stone him.
(32) Jesus answered them, "I have shown you many good works
from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?"
(33) The Jews answered him, "It is not for a good work that we are
going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man,
make yourself God." (34) Jesus answered them, "Is it not written
in your Law, 'I said, you are gods'? (35) If he called them gods to
whom the word of God came--and Scripture cannot be broken--
(36) do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and sent into
the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of
God'? (37) If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not
believe me; (38) but if I do them, even though you do not believe
me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the
Father is in me and I am in the Father." (39) Again they sought to
arrest him, but he escaped from their hands.
12. Mar 9:20-27 ESV And they brought the boy to him. And when the
spirit saw him, immediately it convulsed the boy, and he fell on the
ground and rolled about, foaming at the mouth. (21) And Jesus

he said, "From childhood. (22) And it has often cast him into fire
and into water, to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have
compassion on us and help us." (23) And Jesus said to him, "'If
you can'! All things are possible for one who believes." (24)
Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, "I believe;
help my unbelief!" (25) And when Jesus saw that a crowd came
running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "You
mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never
enter him again." (26) And after crying out and convulsing him
terribly, it came out, and the boy was like a corpse, so that most of
them said, "He is dead." (27) But Jesus took him by the hand and
lifted him up, and he arose.
13. Joh 10:34-36 ESV Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your
Law, 'I said, you are gods'? [from Psalms 82:6] (35) If he called them
gods to whom the word of God came--and Scripture cannot be
broken-- (36) do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and
sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am
the Son of God'?
Mat 11:28-30 ESV Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you, and learn
from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest
for your souls. (30) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Act 4:12 ESV And there is salvation in no one else, for there is
no other name under heaven given among men by which we must
be saved."
