Luis Claravall has over 10 years of experience as an IT Manager and Service Manager in Dubai. He currently manages the MENA Help Desk for Dentsu Aegis Network, overseeing operations in Dubai, Cairo, Beirut, Jeddah and Casablanca. In 2013, he led the transition to a Global Service Desk as part of a large IT transformation project. Prior to his current role, he worked as an IT Coordinator and Site Manager for other companies, managing technology resources and support. He is looking for new opportunities to further his career and development.
