Ayman Basheer

Ayman Basheer is an SMEs and Startups Business Consultant. He brings an international
level experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning and business development fields.
Ayman’s expertise was deployed in many projects focusing on incubators models
development, processes and tools development to a number of international
organizations as, INJAZ Al-Arab and Aramex. Ayman enjoys a solid experience inherited by
his prior role at Meydan Business Incubator as a Business Knowledge Manager. In addition,
Ayman worked in the fields of strategic planning, business modelling and blueprinting,
branding, market research, plus to funding and investment proposals development with a
number of reputable entities, such as Al-Jude NGO, Retail Group Jordan and ADabisc-
Qatar.
Ayman acquired a diverse job experience started during attending university while working
in real-estate marketing and sales field, and remarkably he got the ‘Consultant’ title at age
of 24 as recognition of his work on INJAZ Al-Arab Incubation Program project.
A graduate of the University of Banking and Financial Sciences (UBFS-JO), holding a B.S. in
CIS with an honours degree.
