Letter of Recommendation on behalf of Ms. Ayesha Kirk
It is with great pride that I offer a letter of recommendation on behalf of Ms. Ayesha Kirk. During Ms.
Kirk’s tenure as my Chief of Staff and senior legislative adviser, she has continuously provided me and
the constituent’s served by my office with superior customer service, project management skills,
common sense legislative solutions and innovative community service projects. Ayesha has effectively
managed the day-to day operation State House District 60 and assisted me in the development of
thoughtful and engaging legislation. She has successfully cultivated beneficial relationships with
members of the media; civic, business leaders and most importantly addressed a multitude of concerns
among my constituency.
Her contributions include recommending policy and writing speeches/press releases. Ayesha also researched
and prepared position statements regarding complex legislative matters. Ayesha has excellent written and
verbal communication skills, which affords her the opportunity to be highly effective when interacting with
diverse groups of people and audiences. She performed constituent casework and represented the office at
community meetings and town hall forums. She is always willing to offer his assistance and has an excellent
rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other professional
organizations. Ayesha is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to
ensure that the job gets done.
Ayesha is extremely talented and has a variety of skills and expertise that will make her an invaluable
