Zauner Constructions - $510,000
LS Fencing Services executed a comprehensive project, installing over 900 lineal meters
of advanced, pressed spear fencing, coupled with 45 custom-designed gates featuring
mortise locks and electric strikers, for a special education school. This attention to detail
and a robust emphasis on security to match the unique needs of the institution. The
project showcased LS Fencing's ability to provide specialised, secure fencing solutions to
the distinct requirements of their clients, ensuring a safe environment for the school
community.

LENDLEASE
CIT Woden Project - $204,000
LS Fencing Services showcased their capability in comprehensive site security by
supplying and installing 450 lineal meters of high-quality Colourbond fencing,
recognised for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The project included six expansive 8-
meter wide sliding gates designed for easy and secure vehicle access, enhancing the
functionality of the site's entry and exit points. Additionally, LS Fencing provided two
pedestrian access gates, ensuring convenient and safe foot traffic movement while
maintaining the integrity of the secure perimeter.

JEMENA GREEN
Gas Facility, Horsley Park - $182,500
LS Fencing Services, in a collaborative effort with Australian Security Fencing,
successfully executed the installation of over 500 lineal meters of 2.4m high anti-climb
corrugated mesh, crowned with concertina razor wire for optimised security. The
corrugated design of the mesh provides a formidable barrier against unauthorised
access, while the concertina razor wire adds an additional layer of deterrence, combining
strength with advanced design to prevent breaches effectively.

Dendrobium Mine - $97,000
LS Fencing Services successfully delivered and set up more than 200 lineal meters of
fencing, consisting of 2.1 meters in height plus three strands of barbed wire atop
chainwire fencing and gates. This project also included the fabrication and installation of
custom-made removable panels, designed specifically to meet the client's requirements
for maintenance access. This meticulous customisation ensured that the fencing solution
was not only secure but also adaptable to the client's operational needs.

Salesforce Tower George St Sydney - $75,554.60
LS Fencing Services designed and installed secure cages for Salesforce's IT and hard
drive rooms on levels 51 and 52, incorporating full-height security mesh, electric locks,
strikers, and keycard access for enhanced security. This project highlights proficiency in
providing tailored, high-security solutions that protect sensitive equipment and data,
while ensuring controlled access through modern, efficient systems. Our commitment to
delivering specialised security installations showcases to meet specific corporate security
needs effectively.

BAYVIEW WARRAWONG
Peloton Constructions - $56,000.00
LS Fencing Services significantly contributed to the project by installing a variety of
custom solutions, including a 7-meter high screen for the refuse area, a 1.8-meter high
aluminium louvre for ventilation in the plant room, and secure storage cages along the
loading docks tailored for store use. These installations addressed functional
requirements such as security and organization while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of
the premises. LS Fencing showcased versatile, high-quality fencing and solutions
tailored to specific project needs.
