Technology
B-Pro Safeguard offers an extraordinarily sophisticated,
patented Energy-Absorbing system approach. This technol-
ogy utilizes the frames, glazing, hardware and anchoring
system as energy dissipating components. Once hit by the
blast wave’s dynamic loading, those components gradually
deform, absorbing a significant portion of the blast energy
which allows the glazed unit to stay in the opening and to
protect the people within the building.
The real-life experience of the B-Pro’s engineering team

1. Limitation of Liability
Mega Supply Store’s liability for any and all claims of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage
arising out of, connected with or resulting from Mega Supply Store’s performance or breach of the terms
hereof shall, in the aggregate, not exceed the purchase price of the particular product. In no event shall Mega
Supply Store be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from or arising out
of performance of or failure to perform its obligations hereunder. Whether or not Mega Supply Store had
been advised of, knew, or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
2. Severability
If any portion or provision of these terms applicable to any situation or circumstance is held invalid, the
remainder of these terms or the remainder of such provision (as the case may be), and the application thereof
to other situations or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
3. Assignment
None of the Buyer’s rights under these terms shall be assigned or otherwise transferred by the Buyer to any
other person, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written approval.
4. Law and Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any controversy or claim arising out of or
relating to these terms or the breach hereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in Clayton County, Georgia
in accordance with the prevailing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the parties
shall have the right to take depositions and obtain discovery regarding the subject matter of the arbitration
as if the subject matter of the arbitration were pending in a civil action before a Superior Court of the State of
Georgia. Pending decision by the arbitrator(s) the parties shall diligently proceed pursuant to the terms and
conditions hereof. The award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final, binding and conclusive on the parties hereto
and their successors and assigns. Judgment upon an arbitration award hereunder may be entered in any

5. Entirety of Agreement
These terms are intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of their
agreement. No other terms and conditions, whether contained in Buyer’s purchase order, shipping release
or elsewhere that are inconsistent with, additional to, or different from the terms and conditions herein shall
be binding upon Mega Supply Store unless specifically agreed to by Mega Supply Store in writing.
6. Assent
Receipt by Buyer of acceptance of the order or receipt of the products without prompt objection to the terms
and conditions herein set forth, constitutes acceptance by Buyer of these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms:
1. Payment
All invoices are due net 30 days following the date of the invoice. All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars.
Service Fee: If payment is not timely, Mega Supply Store shall be entitled, in addition to other legal rights
and to the extent permissible by applicable law, to a service fee of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) on any
unpaid balances to cover additional administrative costs of collecting such balances.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Mega Supply Store. Orders will be accepted only upon
the understanding that the terms and conditions herein shall be applicable. Unless Mega Supply Store so
agrees in writing, any terms and conditions appearing in Buyer’s order contrary to those stated herein are

Shipments:
1. Delivery
We use UPS for ground shipping. Shipments often need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at
the driver’s discretion.
Curbside Delivery (Also called Freight or “LTL” Shipping): This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized
items like large sinks, bathtubs, shower doors, etc. Items are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for
shipment, and delivered by scheduled appointment by lift-gate for to-the-curb service. All items must be
inspected for freight damage prior to the driver leaving. Shipment time is 7-10 business days.
2. Acceptance
Buyer shall diligently inspect product upon arrival at specified destination and shall within 48 hours notify
Mega Supply Store as to any conditions which exist that prevent Buyer’s acceptance of product. Failure to
notify Mega Supply Store of any such conditions with 10 days of such arrival shall result in acceptance of the
products by Buyer.
3. Excusable Delay
Mega Supply Store is not responsible or liable for any delays or any failure to perform due to unforeseen
circumstances or causes beyond Mega Supply Store’s control, when such delay or failure is due, directly
or indirectly, to acts of God, war (including civil war), riots, zombie apocalypses, embargoes, acts (whether
sovereign or contractual) of civil or military authorities, acts of any government, major change in economic
conditions, fires, floods, explosions, the elements, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, lockouts,
manufacturer plant shutdowns, slowdowns, accidents, shortages of energy, materials, component parts,
labor, or delays of suppliers or subcontractors. In the event of an excusable delay, Mega Supply Store shall
promptly notify the Buyer of such delay and an equitable adjustment shall be made in delivery schedules and
any other affected terms and conditions.
Return Policy:
We take your business seriously, and your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. To
meet your standards of quality and service, we work selectively with the most reputable manufacturers
that have shown the highest level of commitment to their partners and customers. However, Mega Supply
Store is a vendor, and while we do produce a portion of the products we offer, most of the products are
manufactured by companies that own the rights the respective products. Therefore Mega Supply Store has
a limited control over the quality of merchandise offered on its site. With this in mind, we strive to offer a fair
market environment with everyone’s satisfaction in mind. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory,
we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:
1. Not What You Ordered
A lot of the shipping process is controlled by automated systems that greatly facilitate the ordering process
and streamline your deliveries. Occasionally though, systems fail and mistakes happen, and as the result,
a wrong size or style will be shipped. You will notice that the many boxes in which products ship are very
similar in size and shape, so it is important that you check your order before opening the boxes. If you happen
to receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.855.634.2830 and we will do our
best to correct the situation.
2. Ordered the Wrong Size/Style
Please be sure to make accurate measurements before ordering products that require being fit or installed
into specific size spaces. If you receive your merchandise and find that it is the wrong size, we will gladly
replace your order, but you will be charged for the return of the wrong size product.
3. Refunds
The following items may be returned for a refund:
• Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing
• Defective merchandise
• Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly
• Merchandise that has not been installed, and is in new condition
Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Exchanges can only be made within
30 days of receiving your product(s);
4. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or damaged in shipment.
We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective
parts. In addition we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with
the respective shipper. Please note that we can not refund credit card or paypal payments after 60 days.
5. How to Return Items
If you wish to return a product that you purchased from us, it is important that you create a Return
Authorization Number so that we know it is coming and can make sure credit is properly applied. To do this,
you must contact us within 30 days and will walk you through the steps. It is important to make sure that all
items that are being returned are properly packaged. Once received it will be inspected for damages and the
corresponding return stocking fee will be applied (unless otherwise stated).
