of Side Walk Shed Bridge Legs of all sizes, from your standard 8 feet to 30 feet and above.
Wood Planks and Perimeter Plywood Parapets are renewed and painted on a regular basis
to ensure safety and quality.
Every Side Walk Shed Installation is erected using our own experienced and certified
employees. Our erectors have up to date Osha & 32 Hour Scaffold Erectors Certifications
from Approved Department of Buildings Training Centers.

4. S & J Pipe Scaffolding Systems provide secured staging for employees of different trades
to safely work on higher and multiple locations of an elevation on renovation or new
construction projects. Systems are often equipped with full netting, stair access, Osha
Planks, and custom sized outriggers to walk and work on.

easily provide safe and secure pipe scaffolding installations at any height, around any dome

5. S & J is a NYC Licensed Special Rigging Company and is allowed to setup and rent many
types Suspended Scaffolding & Rigging Systems. We have a large inventory of Material
Hoists, Electric Motors, Outriggers, Counter Weights, C-Hooks and Swing Staging.
Suspended Scaffolds will allow you to easily reach and safely work on any high elevations
to perform construction services. We use the finest quality electric motor brands such as
Tractel, Spider & Sky Climber. Our Electric Motors are well maintained serviced regularly.
Material hoists give you the ease to lift all deliveries of equipment and material to a
specific floor or the roof of a building. Vice versa you can also easily lower equipment,
excess material & debris back down to the ground. We install and rent Beta Max, Tractel,
Spider, High Tech Hydraulic, Platform, Trolly, Swing & Portable Hoists.
Our Riggers are able to determine the right type of system which should be installed during
our site visits We then Engineer the drawings and expedite to obtain a Department of
Buildings approved CD-5 and Rigging Confirmation Number. Our Certified Rigging
Foremen specialize in installing and overseeing all types of Material Hoist and Swing
Staging Installations.
