Kudos Security Solutions design and Install a variety of solutions for a diverse range of
applications. Kudos is equipped to design and install systems that may be regarded as a little
out of the ordinary. This includes; mobile solar powered surveillance systems for remote
locations, Large scale national deployment monitored from a central location.
Recent years have seen an exponential growth in the use of IP based solutions, Kudos Security
Solutions has been a leader in offering both Hybrid and IP based systems to its clients.

Kudos Security Solutions is licenced for a wide range of access control products, including
Concept, Integrity, Challenger and Protégé GX. Access control systems of all sizes can be
catered for: from simple one door setup; 24 hour gymnasiums requiring both security and

Alarm Systems and Back to Base Monitoring

480 Queen Street Brisbane
We are proud to announce Kudos Security Solutions are working with Stowe & Grocon
On 480 Queen Street, a premium grade office tower currently under construction in
Brisbane, Australia and due for completion in early 2016.
The project is being developed and constructed by Grocon, in partnership with DEXUS Property
Group.
A key design feature is a 1400sqm park with river views on level four that will be open to all
tenants and the public. As well as adding to the amenity for tenants, it makes a significant
community contribution by preserving the river views from the St John’s Cathedral grounds.
Other building features include • 600 bike spaces and 45 showers to complement its proximity to
the riverside bikeway • Floor plates of up to 2800sqm, about twice the size of other premium
CBD towers • 1600sqm of retail at ground, second and fourth levels will include high quality food
and beverage outlets designed to enhance the broader precinct • It is intended to be 6
Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS rated.
480 Queen Street has achieved early leasing success with 38 per cent of the building’s
55,000sqm leased to BHP Billiton, Herbert Smith Freehills and The Executive Centre.
6. Unidus Community Centre and Hope Church
Located in Willawong, Brisbane, This multimillion dollar site is used for concerts, religious
services and other events. The comprehensive state of the art sound, visual & lighting systems
ensure that the centre has the capacity for today’s needs and tomorrows expansion. As well as
the usual DMX lighting, D&B speaker line arrays, projectors & hearing augmentation. This
facility is equipped with a full broadcast room ready for live production and round the world
transmission of services.
The beauty of the Audio visual design at Unidus is its versatility. On a daily basis the system is
subtle enough to be used as a community hall; however it can be changed into a venue for a
rock concert, or full theatre production in a matter of minutes.
The centre boasts a number of conference rooms with full audio, visual & lighting systems that
can be separated or combined at the touch of a button, depending on the requirement.

Direct freight express is a transport company with branches nationwide. Their national transportation

systems on the market. Direct freight has gained one of the best names in the industry through their

for over five years.
As a National logistics company, they take their security responsibilities very seriously. Their
premises are under constant high resolution video surveillance. Each access point is guarded by an
access control system, ensuring that only authorised individuals are allowed access to the facility.
The access control system that Kudos Security has installed controls not only the entry doors, but
the electric fence and automatic gates as well. Through an easy to use interface on their concept
4000 access control system, they have the ability to add and remove personnel access privileges to
any area of their facility at the push of a button.
Direct freight have a network of digital video recorders from their branches across Australia. Through
this networked system, they have the ability to view their sites CCTV cameras simultaneously from
one location. Ensuring that their customer’s cargo and the movements of their staff are constantly
being monitored, for safety and security.

8. Sixes & Sevens
The fortitude valley restaurant and bar, boasts some of the best food and wine combination in
Brisbane, with its relaxed yet vibrant environment making it one of the trendiest locations in the
river city. As pubs and restaurants throughout Brisbane know well, music is a great way to create
the right atmosphere. Your selection of music playing in the background can encourage a
relaxed environment, whilst promoting your companies unique style.
While walking through a shop, bar or restaurant it’s important to have a constant level of clean
sound, rather than going from too loud as you walk under the speaker, to hardly hearing it once
you have passed. Kudos Audio Visual are experts in sound distribution, we understand how
acoustics may change throughout the day depending on a number of factors. Things such as the
number of people in premises, if windows are open or closed, the location of furniture or even the
temperature, can all effect the distribution and clarity of your sound system.
Our intelligent design systems help Sixes and Sevens compensate for all these factors
automatically throughout the day. When they open in the morning for breakfast, the automated
sound system knows to play relaxing music softly in the background, at lunch the music changes
to more upbeat songs, and because you are getting busier the sound level increases to
compensates. At night once again as the clock hits six, your automated sound system knows to
change to your night selection of music, the level on the outside speakers slowly decrease and
the automated lighting adjusts to fit the mood and to comply with council regulations.

10. Felix Apartments, Brisbane CBD
Awarded 2002 and 2004 UDIA Awards for Excellence, Felix Apartments is a 42-storey CBD
highrise residential development comprising 253 units.
The development includes six levels of parking, ground floor retail precinct, lap pool, gym,
residents meeting room and bar.
Kudos Security Solutions have maintained the upkeep, modification of CCTV, Acces Control
and intercom systems, and provided high-level ongoing service expected by the Oaks group for
12 years after the initial installation.
Recently Kudos has refurbished the entire intercom system to ensure their clients have the most
up-to-date equipment to service their needs.

Commanding a prime location at the apex of Eagle, Wharf and Queen Streets, 410 Queen
Street is a modern office tower comprising of fourteen levels of quality office accommodation
and basement car parking. 410 Queen Street features an exceptional level of building services
with excellent natural lighting to all four sides allowing views to the Brisbane River and Story
Bridge.
Kudos Security Solutions were responsible for bringing the security and access control up to
date. We still maintain all CCTV & Access Control systems for this building.
