Conclusion
According to the research,
As a new trend in the international trade law in 21st century
electronic bill of lading still has given low impact to Sri
Lanka to develop international trade.
So,
 It has to develop legal frame work regarding electronic bill of
lading
 It has to educate traders about this new trend in the
international trade law
 It has to overcome technical barriers & has to develop
infrastructure facilities
