The challenge
The customer’s product provides a secure vault to store the documents
and other important information in an encrypted format. It provides policy
based access and a mechanism to lock down and recover the device.
A multitude of OEMs, device models and platforms posed customization
challenges to make the protection mechanisms work.
Our solution
Mindtree owned, designed and sustained the product by providing
engineering, customization and porting capabilities to support a multitude
of platforms. Mindtree delivered a cost-effective and high quality solution
by replicating the client’s server and web infrastructure offshore.

2. Our approach
Mindtree’s extensive expertise in the customer’s software development
toolkit, programming languages such as Java enterprise edition and
C# were pivotal in the design and development phases. Apart from
engineering and support, we also customized OEM testing. We
engaged with the customer in a fixed price model and delivered a
