I have not seen maturity from a young person like that displayed by Sam in a very long
time. He had been pleasant with all customers and had mastered all tasks that I had given
him.
Sam was hired as a Parking Enforcement officer and dealt with the public on a daily
basis. He was helpful to the general public and always pleasant. Sam has the ability to
