To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter in the interest of Ralph Martinez and his desire to further enrich his
students as an educator in the administrative justice field. Let me begin by saying that I have no
higher recommendation than the one that I bestow upon Ralph Martinez. Ralph will rise to the
top of any occupation in any field if given the opportunity. The purity of his initiative and the
potency of his determination are simply unmatched. Moreover, if one considers the depth of his
academic prowess, it becomes quite an easy decision to make him part of any esteemed body of
faculty members. His skills of written and verbal communication are superb, and his acumen in
the area of critical thinking rises to new levels of detailed and meticulous insight. It must be said
that Ralph is not just gifted and talented; he loves teaching and learning with a passion that can
only be described as insatiable. In the classroom, it is certain to say that he has not only lead and
instructed but that he has delighted and inspired his students in the greatest traditions of the
instructive arts.
What is most telling is the fact that I have experienced his teaching skills first hand. During the
time that I was his English professor, he invited me to observe him teach with Force Protection at
Naval Base Ventura County. As a Master at Arms in the United States Navy, Ralph taught every
manner of course for the military police and various federal agencies, and he also served with
great distinction on his overseas deployments and combat missions. While observing Ralph in
teaching situations, two phrases rise to the surface: depth of knowledge and clarity of precision
communication. In summation, I want to reiterate that I have no higher advocation as an educator
than the one that I maintain for Ralph, for Master at Arms Martinez.
Sincerely,
