In roughly 2 hours and 45 minutes, the author logged and captured footage by giving descriptions for each clip including the scene, shot and angle, then organizing the clips into bins for each scene to make parts of the footage easier to find for editing.

It took me roughly 2 hours and 45 minutes to log and capture all of the
footage.
In order to do this I had to give a description for each clip, name the scene,
shot and angle. I did this for each clip, and then I made bins for each scene
(shown on the left of the image) containing all of my footage. This made
certain parts of the footage much easier to find when I needed it to edit.
