3. Baita - Important vestiges belonging to the prehistoric period were discovered
in the border town. Between the archaeological materials belonging Cotofeni
culture were discovered early bronze and specific ceramic materials (Soimus
cultural group), the spearhead remarkable bronze. In Magura points and
Cornet, the border town s important roman traces were discovered. Here is a
mining center, extraction and administrative (building about 20 channels and
a basin for collecting rainwater). From the same period are also Romanian
